SMS Terms
1. Program name and description
Garden State Concentrate Team Texts is a pilot text message program operated by Garden State Concentrate LLC to coordinate work shifts with opted-in team members and test users. Messages are about shift coverage only: open-shift offers, coverage requests, confirmations when you take a shift, and notices when a shift you were offered has been filled. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
2. Who sends the messages
All messages are sent by Garden State Concentrate LLC, 479 State Route 17 N, Unit #2008, Mahwah, NJ 07430, and begin with “Garden State Concentrate:”.
3. How to opt in
Text JOIN to our Team Texts number, shown at https://gardensc.com/sms/. We reply asking you to confirm, and alerts begin only after you confirm. Consent to receive these texts is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies with Garden State Concentrate’s staffing needs.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Garden State Concentrate LLC doesn’t charge you for these texts.
6. How to opt out
Reply STOP at any time. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT also work. You’ll get one text confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and no more messages after that.
7. How to rejoin
Reply START or UNSTOP, or text JOIN again. You’ll get one confirmation text.

9. Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Replying YES to a shift offer is a request for the shift, not a guarantee. Garden State Concentrate confirms who gets each shift.
10. Supported carriers
The program is available on major U.S. carriers. Availability may vary by carrier and device.
11. Privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. 12. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when they’re posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.
